VCSEL Structured Light Projector

The surface mounted VCSEL emitter incorporates a unique VCSEL chip along with Digigram’s advanced diffractive optical element (DOE).  It comes in an ultra-small thermally-efficient COB package.  Its compact footprint 3.5x3.5 mm, enables economies of scale and excellent integration flexibility.  Its typical height is about 2mm to 4.7mm.  It is specially designed for open-space infrared random dot projector, IR random dot generator, 3D structured light module, structured light projector, machine vision application and portable devices.  There is not obvious zero order spot like collimator type DOE modules so that it can easily meet IEC 60825 eye safety standards.  For high power application, additional base cooling device to enhance the heat dissipation and Pulse Modulation Control to decrease the heat is needed so that the laser output can keep stable.  The standard wavelength is 680nm, 850nm and 940nm.  850nm wavelength is usually used for indoor and 940nm wavelength is for outdoor. 680nm wavelength is for the visible light application, like ViewFinder.  Please contact us if you need products like MLA VCSEL diffuser module, VCSEL flood light illuminator and DOE diffuser.
