EEL DOE Laser Module, Structured Light Module

These DOE Laser Modules integrate TO-CAN Laser Module and our standard collimating type DOEs. The control board is included.  Users just need to apply a constant DC voltage source, like 3V DC battery. It's very convenient for evaluation or developing products. The listed EEL (Edge Emitting Laser) DOE Laser Modules are the most popular DOE infrared dot projector for 3D sensing application or structured light. It includes a collimating lens and a diffractive optical element. There is a zero order at the center. We can offer you a proper solution which meets IEC 60825 eye safety standard according to your request. We also offer collimating lens free DOE Laser module. Please contact us if you need it. For high power application, additional cooling device and Pulse Modulation Control to decrease the heat is necessary to keep the laser output stable.  The standard wavelength for the TO-CAN Module is 515nm, 635nm, 650nm, 830nm, 850nm and 940nm.  The available laser power output is listed as follows. TTL control board is an option. If your requirement is not in the list, please let us know.
